Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. Refunds are only given to items which are damaged on receipt.
We do not accept returns except for damaged goods, as every item is made to order and our custom pieces are designed to personal requirements.
Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Jewellery Care
To keep the condition of your handmade jewellery always remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work.
Postage and terms
All orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise specified. If you need anything posted by special delivery, please contact us for details.
Please allow extra time for certain jewellery items to be dispatched, as every piece is handmade to order.
International orders
International orders are most welcome. International recipients are responsible for local taxes and customs fees and are also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused.
Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
Custom designs
Custom orders made to specification will take longer (one - two weeks approximately).
If you simply need a design for a special occasion, present etc and can't wait, then please contact us and we will most certainly do our best to get it to you in time.
